Cable
The length of the connection cable at the IMScompact runner block can be selected in steps of 0.5 m up to a maximum length of 3.0 m. The cable outlet at the runner block can be implemented flexibly in all directions. Due to the high supply voltage in connection with the analog, differential signal transmission, in practice, cable lengths of up to a maximum of 75 meters can be realized without any restrictions. With the digital absolute interface (SSI), the indicated maximum cable lengths are to be taken into consideration depending on the frequency. This cable type can be ordered as extension cable (see accessories).
