Product description
Omega modules (OBB) with Ball Rail System and tooth belt drive for speeds of up to 5.0 m/s. Omega modules are ready-to-install linear motion axes for any installation position in freely configurable lengths of up to 5,500 mm. Due to the constructive structure, omega modules are particularly suited to applications where the frame extends into the working area.
Structural design
- Frame made of anodized aluminum frame with high rigidity
- Integrated Rexroth Ball Rail System
- Carriage made from aluminum frame with Ball Runner Block
- Driven by toothed belt for traversing speeds of up to 5 m/s

General notes
The fastening of the omega modules is done with different fastening elements:
- Clamping fixtures
- Sliding blocks
- Square nuts
- Screws for T-slots as per DIN 787 (no picture).
- Centering rings on the carriage as positioning aid
Length depending on the mounting base.
