- Ball rail tables TKK are ready-to-install linear motion axes and are available in 2 versions
- Aluminum version: Base plate and carriage made of aluminum frame, 4 coordinated sizes in finely graduated length increments up to Lmax
- Steel version: Base plate and carriage made of steel, 2 sizes in finely graduated coordinated length increments up to Lmax
- Base plate with reference edge for fast, simple mounting and easy alignment
- Driven by backlash-free, pre-tensioned ball screw drive in rolled design in accordance with DIN 69051 in the tolerance grade T7
- Polyurethane protective bellows for protection of ball rail and ball screw drive
Product description
With our Ball Rail Tables TKK, Rexroth offers ready-to-install solutions for linear motion and positioning tasks requiring high accuracy and rigidity. Their compact design, with pre-tensioned rail systems and ball screw drive, allow for high-precision travel with high rigidity. The accuracy charts in the catalog illustrate the precision of these compact linear motion axes.
Structural design
- Base plate made of machined aluminum profile or steel with a reference edge in finely graduated length rasters
- Ball rail systems with 4 runner blocks per carriage
- Ball screw drives in tolerance grade 7 with backlash-free nut system
- Fixed bearing end block made of aluminum with two-row, pre-tensioned angular-contact ball bearing
- Floating bearing end block with double floating bearing system
- Carriage made of machined aluminum profile or steel in various lengths
Additional components
- Removing the motor attachments with flange and coupling or via a timing belt side drive
- Attachment kits for motors according to customer specification
- Maintenance-free servo motors with selectable brake and integrated feedback
