Product description
The speed sensor has hollow shaft and torque arm mounting for assembly on the hydraulic motor shaft end.
The output signal is incremental of quad type with two pulse trains divided a quarter of a pulse length to allow direction detection. Both pulse trains have inverted pulses to improve the signal/noise ratio to the input. A zero pulse is available with ¼ ordinary pulse length when marking on sensor shaft end is in line with cable outlet on speed encoder.
The sensor has Exd design (flame proof) and requires a certified cable gland and a filled cable to fulfill the assembly requirements. A cable set with approved cable, cable gland and an Exe connection box (increased safety) is available as option to simplify the connection.
