Product description
The main blocks in the Quick stop box are a safety classified relay and a power supply with 24VDC output to give power to the Quick stop block valves. The unit can supply 2 stop blocks with 2 valves each.
At normal drive the actuator chain shall be closed. There are 4 actuator inputs where 3 are factory jumpered. The outputs to stop and bypass solenoids on the Quick stop valve will be high (24VDC) to have a closed hydraulic circuit. If any of the actuator inputs are opened, the outputs to the Quick stop valves will be low (0V) to stop the hydraulic flow through the hydraulic motors and bypass the pump flow via the valve. The sensors on the stop valves will indicate deactivated valves. Reset of quick stop function can be done after fully activated stop sequence if the sensors indicate deactivated valves. Reset can be activated via the reset button on the Quick stop unit front or via a closing contact to terminals. Outputs are available to indicate status and to interlock control system for hydraulic oil flow.
The unit also carries supply voltage outputs, 24VDC or main supply, for a water valve control circuit. The outputs are interlocked to switch off at electric motor(s) stop.
